1. Delete inside the app (immediate)
The fastest route — deletion is carried out immediately:
- Open Lock&Loot
- Open Profil (Profile) from your base
- Tap „Account löschen“ (Delete account) at the bottom
- Confirm with „Endgültig löschen“ (Delete permanently)
Note: If you are a member of a clan, you must leave it first — otherwise the server rejects the deletion with a corresponding message.
2. Delete without the app (by email)
No longer have the app installed, or cannot access your account? Send us an email:
Please include your player name and the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We process requests within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
3. What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your sign-in account including the Google link and the stored email address
- Your game state: base, buildings, resources, troops, and research
- Your player name and its reservation (the name becomes available again)
- Your friendships and the associated chat histories
- Troops stationed with, and workers lent to, other players
- All local data on your device (cached game state and settings)
4. What is retained briefly
Records that are also part of other players' game history remain until their automatic expiry. They are then deleted server-side without any further action:
- Battle reports held by your opponents: automatically deleted 30 days after the battle
- Trade and transfer records held by your trading partners: automatically deleted 31 days after the transaction
These records are pure gameplay events and contain no contact details. If you would like them removed earlier as well, contact us at the address above.
